Southern Maine Children’s Academy (SMCA) offers a preschool program that encourages children to learn about themselves, their peers and the world around them. The staff at SMCA recognize that play is a child's primary occupation. Our goal is to facilitate the development of skills that will serve as a foundation for your child’s learning and development throughout their childhood. Our highly trained teachers not only facilitate play and pro-social relationships, but also provide learning experiences that address all domains of The Maine Early Learning Guidelines.
